Had to move my elderly Mom out of state, close to me, to care for her. We put the sale of her home in Matts hands. Hired a company to clear out what we didnt want and Matt was there that day. Everything was done with us being out of state. The photographs were incredible. The house needed work but had multiple offers. Because of Matt, it actually appeared in a Newsday article. Transaction was seamless. We did it all using a notary and a lawyer Matt recommended. He really did a great job. It was an easy, seamless process and I'm so grateful for that.
