He explained exactly what the process would be in selling my Moms house. He was so calm at a time when I most definitely needed a calm person to help me through this process. ZillowVERIFIEDI'm very much impressed with Matthew Arnold from Netter Real Estate. My mother-in-law had passed away a few years ago, and my wife finally decided to sell her moms house in West Babylon. We spoke to Matt, and he explained the whole process. My wife liked him, as he understood her feelings. So we decided to hire Matt as our broker. Within days of the house being put on the market we had multiple offers. We accepted an offer that was 30K over the listing price. Unfortunately, we wasted several months as the potential buyer couldnt secure a mortgage due to the rising interest rates. Matt got the house back on the market. Again, within days we had multiple offers. This time we had accepted an offer 40K over the original asking price. We just closed last week! Through this whole process I witnessed Matt working hard to make it happen. He was in constant contact with not only myself and our attorney, with the buyers people as well. I never write on-line reviews, but Matt this one is for you. Thank you, youre awesome!
