I recently represented a couple selling their long-time residence. They had done a great job getting the property and home ready for the sale. Together we had studied the market and had priced their home accurately. We have a tremendous number of showings and received multiple offers on the home. and quickly had the property under contract. Then the curveball came at us, two, old permitting issues came up and derailed that sale. Working together, we were able to address both issues with the County and quickly had their home back on the market before the momentum was lost. Received multiple offers again and finished with a smooth closing in 32 days.

During Covid my restaurant was shut down and then severely restricted. Facing an uncertain future in that business, I jumped in an online real estate course. Finished the course work and took the licensing exam as soon as the testing centers reopened. I joined Keller Wiliams and haven't looked back since!
