Matt Ward

Biography: Matt Ward is a husband, father and full time real estate professional. He has a background in the entertainment industry. Starting with being the marketing coordinator for a NW Ohio Music Festival in the early 2000's to booking comedians and producing two comedy festivals from 2010 to 2016. He also spent 7 years as a touring stand-up comedian himself before returning to Ohio. Matt prides himself on using humor to ease the stress of the complicated process of buying and selling real estate. Ward became licensed in 2017 and by the end of 2018 was in the top 10% of Real Estate Agents in the Central Ohio area. He maintains a 5-Star rating on Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin for his above and beyond approach to client service.
