ZillowVERIFIEDIve told many friends and family members over the last few months that Matt is the best real estate agent ever, but thats an understatement. As a first-time homebuyer in a very unusual housing market (historically low inventory paired with quickly rising interest rates), I had a million questions about the housing search and home-buying process and Matt answered all of them patiently and knowledgeably. Matt also showed me over 100 listings in person before I found the house that was perfect for me (not exaggeratingaEUR"we saw 10 houses the first day and I searched for over 3 months before finding the house I wanted). When I finally went under contract on a house, Matt helped me get the inspection done and went with me to meet the neighbors so I could get a feel for the neighborhood and learn things that might not have been in the listing. After I closed on the house (so after hed already earned every penny of his commission), Matt spent 1 Sunday helping me clear out the overgrown yard and then came back the next week to help me move all of the brush to the bulk trash/yard waste pickup spot (1/10th of a mile down an alley). And I know this wasnt just special treatment for meaEUR"Matt also spent several months helping some other clients of his prepare their house to sell.
