Matt Sukeforth

As a lifelong Mainer, I have a deep rooted passion for real estate, with a special interest and fondness for southern and coastal Maine. After living in Portland for many years, I have recently relocated to beautiful York, hometown of my amazing fiance (wife! in May 2021), and I am so thankful to call this seaside gem our home. I have a vast and experienced background in real estate that will help unlock hidden value and avoid certain pitfalls that others may not see. I worked at one of the premier land surveying firms in Southern Maine for 20 years, completing all initiatives from conceptualizing our clients needs and goals, to deed research, field work, boundary calculations and CAD. Those years were spent cooperating with many other professionals such as contractors, developers, attorneys, engineers and other land surveyors, soils scientists, plumbers, electricians, as well as local municipal and state or federal agencies. I approach property from a land surveyor's perspective which can add tremendous value to you as a buyer or a seller. I've owned multi-unit properties as well as vacant land, since my early 20s, so I also have experience that can help the first time buyer or the seasoned investor from conception to the closing table. I am continuously amazed at how much I love the seacoast, and exploring our beautiful community with my fiance and our friends and family. We enjoy many outdoor activities together, from golfing, surfing and kayaking in the warmer months, to xc-skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, as well as hiking and running year round. I am also an avid record collector and would enjoy talking music with anyone! I deeply value honesty, respect and integrity in business and in life. My passion and my mission is to make the experience of buying and selling seacoast homes and property enjoyable, exciting, lucrative and stress-free at every stage.
