In 2009, he founded his own brokerage and rental management business, quickly amassing a portfolio of over $100 million in properties under management. Jasmine Weaver was excellent to work with in the sale of her first home. In a weird market she was able to get us a closer deal with no seller concessions were under contract in under three weeks with no home warranty given and no transaction complications with a seamless process. To top it all off she negotiated for best deal that allowed us to close quickly. 10/10 recommend working with Jasmine!

I connected with Gabe through a Zillow showing request. He was very responsive and eager to help! Gabe listened to what we wanted and made the buying experience extremely smooth! My experience with Matthew Cole, was Stellar. Matthew went above and beyond for me and my partner. I was an out-of-state buyer, and Matthew not only set up in-person touring, he also provided great virtual tours, even on a short notice. He able to quickly grasp our wants and needs in our house hunting process, and quickly provided listing's that met our requirements. Not only was he great at the house hunting process, he really went to bat for us during our negotiations, getting us a great price for a great home. He was always available to answer any questions we might had, taking his time to explain it in a clear and concise way. As a veteran using the VA Loan, I have heard about some of the difficulties of the va loan, but in my experience with Mattew, I have never had any of those common issues with the VA loan, and we where able to close within 2 weeks! Matthew experience, flexibility, and go-getter attitude made my experience with Stone Realty Group very satisfactory, I would 100% recommend them, and Matthew specifically for all the veterans out there!
