Pros: Hes very nice, friendly, and organized. He communicated clearly when I was being shown homes to buy, showed up to appointments on time, etc. Cons: His responsiveness is hit or miss. An example of this is when Scott told me that he intentionally goes MIA after an inspection report is given to the buyers because he doesnt want to deal with the stress of the buyers questions, risk buyers pulling out of the sale, etc. I believe I bought an unexpectedly problematic home (eg flooding in the basement, nicotine tar residue on everything) because I more or less bought this home while out of state and Scott handled the communication with the inspectors, sellers, etc. If youre going to work with Scott C, I recommend you be an expert in buying house already or be very very hands on because a lot fell through the cracks in my purchase of the house.
