Matt McElhone

Matt first became interested in pursuing a career in real estate while studying at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez during his junior year of college. During his studies, he realized his passion of geography and helping others could be fulfilled in a real estate career and returned to Connecticut to complete his schooling and pursue his new profession.

A Warren native, and graduate of Wamogo Regional High School in Litchfield and Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Matt's roots are embedded in our area. He is an active volunteer in various events in the community as well as at his collegiate alma mater.

As a lifelong resident of Litchfield County, Matt understands the impact of the Sotheby's International Realty brand, especially in the local market. He was thrilled to join the William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty team as a staff member in 2017 and decided to transition into sales in 2018. Now as a licensed Realtor, Matt looks forward to sharing his love of Litchfield County with his clients and working relentlessly to meet their needs
