Navigating buying and selling your home can be one of the most stressful events in your life. My wife and I are so lucky to have found Matt as our realtor to guide us through the process. Matt was calm, knowledgeable, and an expert throughout the whole process. Matt represented our best interests when negotiating on the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our old one. He was always reachable and always said not to stress and leave the stress to him. Not only did he help us find our forever home in Franklin, he made it easy to find answers to all of our local questions since he grew up there. Having worked with two prior realtors I can honestly say we would not have been able to make it through the process without Matt. He always called me and explained what was going on whether it was the lead inspection we needed to do, or the use and occupancy contract we had to do for the buyers when there were issues at closing. He even let us use our dumpster during the move. I plan to recommend him to all my friends and family!
