Matt did an absolutely amazing job in helping us purpose our new home. My husband mentioned to him approximately 3 years ago that we were looking for a home for our growing family and to care for my dad. Recently a home down the street was available to purchase and Matt let my husband know. Immediately Matt scheduled a walk through for us and then he connected us with a lending company to see if we qualified for the loan. The process was soo quick and I love the fact he had a digital timeline to keep us updated and set goals in getting things done. His wife Cami is phenomenal too. She helped us with outfitting the home with blinds and they are extremely amazing listeners and know our concerns and what we are looking for!!! After this experience, I wouldn't want to go with anyone else when purchasing another home!!! Extremely appreciative for all Matt and Cami has done for us!!! They helped us every step of the way!!!

We found a place we thought was the one made an offer, the seller wanted more than we wanted to offer. Matt had paid attention to the things that brought a smile to my face. If Im sick should I show my house

Best practice would be to not show your house until you are no longer contagious If the buyer has a time crunch you can work with their agent to try to accomodate a showing using extra precautions but most buyers would appreciate being informed and given the option

My home been on the market for 117 days what should I do

So there are several factors that are important to consider First how is the home presented Second how is the home priced compared to active comparable homes on the market Third are you getting showings Forth have you received any offers If you are getting showings and no offers it is most likely price If you are not getting showings it could be price or presentation Have you received any feedback from the individuals that have previewed your home
