Question any agent who gives you a price for your home without first conducting the proper research. If an agent arrives at your first listing meeting with a price already determined for your home, find a new agent. We will never provide a price without first meeting you, walking your home, inside and out, conducting neighborhood research as well as relevant pricing and competitive research that will back up our eventual price recommendation.
