Be patient. Do not feel rush or make a rash decision. There's not much inventory at the moment. It is a big decision. If your agent is rushing your or putting pressure on you should find a new one.

Make sure the Agent you are working with does professional photos and pre marketing. Not all agents know how to do this or have the resources for this. If they just put a sign in your yard and take photos from their phone you may be losing out on 10's of thousands of dollars.

Most agents don't know this and will just go through a routine.

I have been to real estate training around the country. I do have knowledge most agents do not have. A lot of offers depend on the situation of the buyer or seller. You need to read that situation and feel out the other agents and clients. I am very good at this.
