Smart, personable and diligent, Matt Colaneri is the go-to-guy for real estate dealings in Boston. Not being into real estate myself, Matt took the time to educate me on the Boston metro market and thus helped my understand my possibilities and manage my expectations. Matt helped me sell my home of 10 years and buy my new home with professionalism and speed. I gave him a tall order of wanting to sell fast without compromising on price and to buy my next home as fast as possible to reinvest in the market before rates go up this year. Thanks to his wide network of friends and colleagues in the business, Matt was able to sell my home days before the first showing with for a price that broke a $/sqft record in my building. And even though we saw many homes in the process, he was able to use his connections once again to find me a beautiful home off-market. A little over two months after the process started, Matt was able to organize both closings for the same day so I was able to move out of my old home and into the new one in less than 24 hours. I am still dumbfounded by how easy and seamless he made this happen. The speed and professionalism alone would drive me back to working with Matt time and again, but his biggest asset is his heart. I appreciate not only the time and care he took in talking with me about every idea that came up along the way, but I loved how he treats all people we interacted with from the mortgage broker, seller's representing agent and the buying agent, with compassion. He truly steps into the role of a financial and almost avuncular fiduciary with his clients and for that, I am forever grateful.

Matt made my first home buying experience a breeze in this hot market. He is extremely knowledgeable, a great communicator and moves at the pace that works best for you. When it came to the condo search, I knew my budget and that was about it. Matt sat down with me and reviewed what I was looking for in a property and within hours had multiple showings set up for me.
