I live in California and due to my husband's medical condition I was unable to travel to Arizona to handle a lot of things associated with selling the condo. Matt basically handled everything for me from start to finish and in record time. He found me qualified and reputable businesses to paint the condo and replace the carpet, repairs needed to the outside storage unit which had been broken into. He also recommended that an alarm system be installed to monitor and prevent future break in's while the condo was up for sale. He monitored other properties for sale and made any recommendations to the selling price based on other condos for sale in the area. I would definitely recommend Matt and his company to anyone looking for a professional real estate agent. His knowledge of the area is superb and his work ethics are excellent! He seemed very knowledgeable and we decided to go with him. We certainly did not make it easy on Matt with our criteria- size, location, price point. He showed us homes but none really clicked with everything we wanted. Matt went above and beyond. He actually canvased the area we wanted to live in with mailers. Because of Matt's tenacity, we actually ended up buying a rental property that wasn't on the market . We used him in the subsequent sale of our condo and that took no time at all.
