Matt helped us buy our first home. It was a long journey we started around May of 2024. We viewed a few properties. During that time we made a couple of offers which were not 'compentitive' enough (i.e. peopel out-bidding each other). During this time Matt was exceptional. He was patient with us. Never preasured us. He was always accessible and found time to arrange private viewings. He had amazing insight into the properties and always presented the good and the not so good. We ended up extending our lease and took a break. Matt was understanding of this. Fast forward to February of 2024, we viewed a home we liked, made an offer and cosed on the home. During closing he guided us through the countless things you need to do. He has many connections and is always willing to help. I highly recommend him.
