Matthew Bittick is a Senior Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets in Hawaii. Mr. Bittick has been a successful commercial real estate professional for 26 years. He specializes in investment sales valued over $10 million throughout the State of Hawaii. Matt's expertise covers a wide range of properties, a testament to a small local market.
During his career, Matt has been involved in more than $5.0 billion worth of real estate transactions. He is the architect and leader of his team, a group of four professionals focused on providing their institutional clients, high net worth owners and foreign investors best in class service.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Bittick founded Bishop Street Commercial, a world-class boutique commercial real estate firm, where he served as the President and CEO. In September 2015, Matt made the decision to expand his investment sales business to a global reach by joining CBRE. He began his professional career with Lehman Brothers in Downtown Los Angeles and Sperry Van Ness in Newport Beach, California.
