Matt has been helping clients sell, buy and invest in real estate since 2009. His passion to help clients came after the burst of the housing bubble crisis in 2008. While people were facing the challenges of the housing market, Matt was discovering that the way to differentiate himself from other agents and add value to his clients was by genuinely caring and understanding his client's circumstances as well as being their guide in achieving a successful real estate experience. He consistently formulates and executes a custom plan unique to each person and their needs. After 8 years in the highly competitive real estate market of Chicago where hard work ethic and the will to perform for his clients gave him the fortunate opportunity to have perennial multi-million-dollar years of production; Matt has since relocated to the southwest Houston area where he is proud to hang his license at Tricia Turner Properties, LLC operating out of Fulshear, TX. Matt has quickly made an impact in the Houston area market and was recently recognized as a "Rising Star" featured in the agent-centric magazine, Houston Real Producers.
