He has excellent communication and negotiation skills. He changed our mindset about open houses and truly brought in buyers and built relationships with potential buyers and kept them up to date on status. Previous agent had house on the market for 8 months, but Matt had our house sold asap. If your house is not getting sold, Matt is your guy. He is very HARDWORKING, dedicated and gives his 100%.
