We love Asheville and the mountains of Western North Carolina. From our first years living here in the mid-1980s, we have loved the history, the culture, and the scenic beauty of this place we've now called home for the majority of our lives. Where do I begin? Matt and Ginny stepped in and took over a very complicated land transaction that was almost falling apart. Matt took on the challenges of this property with enthusiasm. The attention to detail and availability was exactly what we needed to pull our transaction together. Finally, he demonstrated great knowledge and experience to read the situation with our seller when finalizing our purchase price. This is my second time working with Matt and Ginny, and I would definitely choose them again for my next transaction!

Ginny and Matt did an excellent job selling my sisters house in Asheville. They hired and coordinated the workers to get the house ready for listing and I never had to leave my home I'm California. The house sold above the asking price on the first day. I highly recommend them!

Ginny and Matt helped my find the site I was looking for. They looked at properties for me over several months. When I found the one I wanted, Ginny was on top of all the details, answering all my questions, and acting as a go between whenever I needed help. I highly recommend Ginny and Matt, they are great people, lovely personalities, easy to work with and very responsive. In fact, my daughter is also looking and will use them in her quest. Ginny is phenomenal. She has helped us with two home purchases now and has been an invaluable asset each time, guiding us through the process with grace and expertise.
