I started to look for a home for my family starting from May 2021. Joy is very knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us properties of various kinds at the beginning, so that we can get an idea what kind of home we would like. She sometimes made home touring appointments at the first day the property is on market. She also communicated with the listing agent closely so that we can make reasonable offers.We have to drop off the offer that was already contingent due to my employment change. She is supportive and helped us to communicate with the seller to withdraw the offer. I really enjoyed having her as my agent, so I asked her to be our agent again when our situation settled.Having a professional agent like Joy, I had a worry-free process getting our dream-home.
