Joakim did an absolutely outstanding job selling our home of 21 years. It is in a niche neighborhood and as expected took 7 months to sell. We ended up getting an excellent price. He has in-depth knowledge of the market. He regularly updated us on market trends. His rationale for the starting price and subsequent reduction was clear and thorough.
