We interviewed a couple of different local realtors, and chose David for a combination of factors -- track record selling in our community, how easy it was to talk with him and his staff and feel that they understood what was important to us, and on a personal level because of his involvement in the local arts community through The Ocean Blue Vault gallery. Throughout the process, David and Judy provided advice on what we needed to do to improve our chance of success in selling our home.
