I found Scott via Ocean Element after I zeroed in on the Half Moon Bay Area. Scott lives in the area and his in depth knowledge of the various communities and neighborhoods from Montara to Ocean Colony were instrumental in helping me find the right fit for me and my pets. He helped me narrow down to a handful of potential locations and then got me in to see houses as soon as humanly possible. The process took over a year due to personal events (on my side) and Scott never lost his enthusiasm and drive to find me the right home. We communicated by email, text, and occasionally by phone, as the urgency and complexity of what we were discussing warranted, and Scott was always quick to respond, even when I told him I didn't need to hear back for a few days. He convinced the owners of a house in which I was very interested to let me tour it even though they were still in the process of finding their next home and not yet ready to sell. Scott also showed me what was possible with some of the homes I was having difficulty re-imagining by taking me to similar properties he knew of. When we toured a house, he never held back his ideas for that home which would meet my particular wants and needs. And he's just a good person with whom I never got tired of driving around! I look forward to when I'm set up in the new home Scott helped me find and purchase so I can have him over for dinner!!
