Lucy consistently went above and beyond to help us find our new home on a short deadline, while commuting back and forth from another state for a new job. Not only is she a lovely human, but she was on top of the details, found us new listings before they went officially live, sent us helpful narrated videos of properties and made herself available to tour homes live based on my limited availability. Once we were on a tight schedule before I had a flight and she picked me up to tour and dropped me at the airport. She was fantastic at familiarizing us with her deep knowledge the Coastside area and learned quickly what we were looking for. Our purchase was complicated be a relocation company as the seller and she was on top of it all the way, communicating early and often to keep us on track.
