In 2016 I co-founded Element Real Estate, a community-minded real estate boutique. I was licensed in 2008, and have spent the better part of a decade as an active real estate investor and analyst. Joakim did an absolutely outstanding job selling our home of 21 years. It is in a niche neighborhood and as expected took 7 months to sell. We ended up getting an excellent price.
