We tried to enlist his services after we saw his name on another prior listed property within our community. After he accepted our invite for him to manage the listing of our own property, he quickly went to work. He immediately did some preliminary research for our listing, then set up our first meeting to discuss plans on how to move forward. He helped us find a very capable and competent professional photographer for real estate properties. That was one of the main factors in our successful listing. He communicated very well with us and listened to us. He quickly responded to our messages and reassured us on our concerns. We closed our property timely and smoothly as planned with no worrisome hiccups.
