With over $75 million in sales over the past five years I am grateful to those who have come to me for my guidance and trust. I hold my license in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. With my high-level commitment to my real estate clients, I am always keeping up to date with the laws and technology that serve them best. A native of New Bedford and Dartmouth, I understand the area and all that it has to offer. Staying informed with the latest news and programs that affect buyers and sellers, I serve as a valuable resource for my clients aiding them in making the most educated and informed decisions. I understand the importance of home and do all that I can to ensure success in finding or selling yours by using professional photographs with staging, prominent and frequent advertising and open houses. I've worked hard and have become an experienced and professional in the real estate field and have helped countless individuals and families buy and sell hundreds of homes. Mathew Arruda was purely professional in all stages of the sale of our commercial building. He was very responsive, an excellent communicator, fully competent, and was extremely patient with our many questions. Commercial building sales can be very different from personal home sales and Matt was extremely patient and walked us through each and every step of the process. Even in the face of a difficult economy, Mathew stayed soundly focused from start to end. Steve was a gem to work with. He made the whole process very simple. What I think I liked most is that when I said "No. Call us later - we are not ready" he actually followed up and did that. He was the most exacting with the photographer who took pictures and even though I had (what I thought was everything) moved he still moved things to make it look even better.
