FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is the first step of the home buying process. Getting a pre-approval letter from a lender gets the ball rolling in the right direction. Here’s why: First, you need to know how much you can borrow. Knowing how much home you can afford narrows down online home searching to suitable properties, thus no time is wasted considering homes that are not within your budget. (Pre-approvals also help prevent disappointment caused by falling in love with unaffordable homes.) Second, the loan estimate from your lender will show how much money is required for the down payment and closing costs. You may need more time to save up money, liquidate other assets or seek mortgage gift funds from your family. In any case, you will have a clear picture of what is financially required. Finally, being pre-approved for a mortgage demonstrates that you are a serious buyer to both your real estate agent and the person selling their home.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choosing the correct real estate agent to sell your home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make. It can be the difference between your home sitting on the market for months or selling quickly, for hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars more. Your home is a very personal, important, and valuable asset, and it can be an emotional and complicated endeavor to sell it, especially in today’s challenging marketplace. Numerous questions and concerns will need to be addressed, and the advice and consultation that you receive can make a tremendous difference in the results. Marketing and advertising, remodeling and/or upgrading, photography, internet exposure, staging, design, floor-plan measurements, videography, timing and presentation, inspections, pre-market exposure, agent outreach, and relationships, open houses, pricing, and dozens of more nuances and subtleties all make up the difference between failure and a successful sale.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
A client is anyone who is making a buying or selling decision. A client has a contractual relationship with an agent, and an agent represents a client in a legal transaction. I love to work with anyone who needs a help in real estate transaction.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I love my recent transaction where my seller received a cash buyer and we closed the deal in a few days. Also, I was impressed with another recent transaction when my buyers offer was accepted despite of other few offers.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I start doing Real Estate business in 2009 in San Diego CA. I love meeting people and I thought it is the best what I can do in my life, no regrets. Simple, I can handle real estate assets intelligently.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Continue Education to Improve my Professional Skills, Quality, Knowledge and Service. Sales training programs that help develop sales skills and techniques needed to approach cold leads, create new sales opportunities, close deals, and build rapport with clients and customers.
