We worked with a couple of different real estate agents before we met Marina and her team. That was a life changing experience. Previous realtors were not listening to what we wanted, or were too slow to respond. Some were not willing to waste their time on just one house tour unless we pick a couple of houses. Marina and her team were so open, approachable, personable and professional. Everyone from the team answered our messages or calls within the seconds and if we wanted to look the house, they scheduled the tour within the minutes and were ready to tour no matter where was that house. They were very attentive to our requests, and sent us not only daily automatic lists of houses through the emails, but texted or called us when they found the best match for us. When we found our house, Marina made the best deal for us and our offer was accepted in few hours. The team was so quick that from the offer to ready to close was 1,5 week. I cannot tell how glad we are that found Marina and her team. Also, their loan officer is very knowledgeable and had the best advices and recommendations. Buying a home can be very stressful but not with this team! Thanks a lot to them!
