I have always had a desire for real estate, home improvements, design and decorating - even before it was hip to be a DIYer. My experience in finance and the skills that I attained as a realtor and property investor, provide me the essential knowledge to assist clients in determining costs related to home renovations and floor plan modifications. I can also provide staging ideas and advice on home updates that will bring the most value to my clients. Plus, I have a network of contractors in various trades that I can recommend for a particular job or project. I truly enjoy assisting others with the details related to of the biggest purchase of their lives. Buying or selling a home should be an exciting and pleasant experience and I will do what is necessary, even going beyond the norm, to achieve that goal for my clients. As a full-time realtor, I am available to assist with buying and selling properties or to answer questions related to the housing market. I enjoy working with first-time home buyers, seasoned buyers and investors in the purchase of single family homes, condominiums, investment properties and new construction.
