About Mary Yacoub-Raad

Mary began her real estate career in 2015 and just like when she started her painting business she knew that networking and building relationships was the key to her success. She has carried that philosophy into her real estate career as well. Mary is all about the relationship and helping people through the entire buying or selling process. Although Mary has a team behind her, she is always in close communication with her clients. Mary has lived in the St. Croix Valley area for over 20 years and knows the community very well. She has served on many boards such as the Hudson City Council, soccer board, Hudson Town Board as well as, the city of Hudson Diversity Committee and City of Hudson Plan Commission. The community is as important to her as her clients. Mary has 3 kids which you will find her with during the week and weekend running around to sporting events, watching games and of course lead generating the entire time. Since Mary began her career in real estate, she has helped over 350 families. Mary is one of the owners of Realty ONE Group SIMPLIFIED. She was driven to open a franchise that truly focuses on agents and agent growth. Not only does Mary enjoy educating agents she also loves to hear other agents working and enjoying what they do. Mary was very astute in listening to what kind of property we were looking for in Hudson, and narrowed down the properties that matched quite effectively so that looking for a house/finding the right one was very efficient. Mary continued to support us through the negotiations, offer phase as well as when there were questions/issues that surfaced in terms of the items left in the house. She was quite punctual, even meeting us for a walkthrough at 5pm to accommodate us just driving into town that day. She was very communicative about the closing process, and who would be working with us, and everything went as she described. Beyond that, Mary is a totally honest, candid person who was refreshing to deal with. We would absolutely recommend her as a realtor if anyone needed one!
