Mary is phenomenal! I bought my home when it was new construction and I had no idea what to expect when I decided to sell. It's a completely different ballpark. She did her research before we met and gave me a comprehensive estimate and an entire packet of information about what to expect, ways to make my home more attractive to buyers, and answered all my questions promptly (including the ones that popped up along the way). I didn't have too much in the way of decoration, so she staged my house beautifully. It went from looking beige and boring, to having life. We got an offer in only three days!!! She kept me informed every step of the way, made sure I was ready before we listed, and I could not be more grateful. She put a lot of work to make sure that I got the best deal. We were so impressed with how professional and organized Mary Padilla was. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and was always available to answer questions for us and provide us with any information that we needed. Mary is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents and worked through some tough situations for us without breaking a sweat. She asked questions on our behalf that we didnt think of to make sure the home we were purchasing didnt have hidden issues or was updated to code by licensed individuals/companies. Once we got into escrow, Mary was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the sellers agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. She made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free and we would highly recommend her.
