I wish I could give Mary & Kathleen more than 5 stars! I don't think just one review can express how lucky I feel to have worked with Mary and Kathleen. My mother had used them to sell a property and had raved about them for years. My mom passed unexpectedly and I was able to contact them to help sell her home in SF. From the moment we first met I felt much better about the process, all stress was removed. They were so professional, organized and knowledgable that I knew I was in good hands. It was not an easy job, it needed some work done and the HOA had strict rules. But they have such great friends and connections in SF that it was not a problem for them. We got a wonderful offer and feel like it was a wonderful experience, which is not usually the case selling your late parents home. I cannot recomment them enough.
