We Love Stan and Mary Cherry. We used them when we purchased our home and again 3 yrs later when we sold the home.They were the best. So helpful!! Could not have asked for more.The home sold in 9 days. We were out of state and there was a minor repair needed on the house. They found a repair man and took care of it for us. Then when the home closed they deposited our check into our account for us to avoid the wait of mail time.

Mary Lou Cherry is a wonderful human being. I am a young, first-time buyer, and I felt she looked out for me and had my best interest at heart. I bought a property in NC while I was in NJ. While I was visiting the area, she showed me around town and really listened to my needs. She kept sending me ads in the months before I was ready to move. When we found a property months later (April 2020), I was having issues contacting my lender. She helped me find a new lender instantly. That very night we put in an offer and they explained to me on a 3 way call what the terms of the offer meant. Mary Lou went above and beyond connecting the pieces for me while I was in NJ. She helped me find lawyers, inspectors, and even let in workers to measure my room for carpet while I was in NJ. She has an excellent heart in this industry and an even more impressive work ethic! She knows the local market so well and I consider myself lucky to have worked with her.
