This was my second time working with May Kay as a buyer, and first as a seller. As a buyers agent, she again impressed me with her expertise and helped me get an accepted offer below the seller?s list price, even with a home sale contingency, on my dream home. As a seller?s agent, though... wow. She was truly amazing. She took the time to go throw our home, and made a number of reasonable recommendations to maximize its value. We did everything she suggested, including minor upgrades, rearranging furniture, and eliminating/moving some items offsite. Next, she brought in a large amount of her own furnishings and staged the home to perfection.
