ZillowVERIFIEDMary Kate Johnson is an amazing realtor and if I could provide a review with more than five stars I would! She really goes above and beyond the normal service level for a realtor. Mary Kate honestly places a higher priority on protecting her client than she does earning a commission. She knows the market well and advised us regarding several homes that had potential defects which might cost us in the long run. In addition, she has a large base of contractors and handymen who did the work we needed done on short notice, and they exceeded our expectations. It was obvious from the rapport she had with the inspector, painter, plumber, etc., that they also had a high level of respect for her. In addition she introduced us to a Property Management team at Re/Max that has taken great care of us and have already found a tenant. I only wish I had another house to buy or sell so I could work with her again!
