Mary is everything a realtor should beaEUR|professional, knowledgeable, tough but fair negotiator and extremely responsive. I'm not sure when she sleeps, but she was there for us every step of the way, all hours of the day and night. Her depth of experience helped us to craft an offer that was ultimately accepted. Even with complexities of a 1031 exchange, the entire process from finding the house to the close was handled flawlessly and in a very short amount of time. The partners she referred to us (Title Co, inspector, movers, etc..) were excellent as well. Mary is a pro and we cant thank her enough!
