Working with Mary Jo felt like coming home. Not one time from beginning to end did we feel unsure or anxious. (Coming from a woman with a propensity for overthinking this is saying a lot!!) The day to day check list of items to do while under contract of a house was completed quickly and efficiently. Communication was rapid, clear and assuring. Those things are important in a real estate agent. But Mary Jo brings so much more to the job. Utterly effervescent. I chose Mary Jo for my realtor because she was referred to me from a friend and she told me that I would not be disappointed. Boy, was she right! Mary Jo is absolutely amazing. I was not very knowledgeable on what I was doing or how to even get started with buying a house. She just took over for me and made the process easy and fun! She is aggressive with getting the buyer what they want and she got our bid in so quick and they happened to take our offer!! It was my dream home and I am so pleased with how easy it all was with Mary Jo's help. She was always around if I had questions or concerns no matter what time day or night and I would recommend her over and over to everyone I know!
