Mary Jo did a wonderful job managing the sale of our house. We were selling a vacant (but furnished) family property while living more than 250 miles away. Not being a resident of the property, we did not know any of the resources/service that were needed to prepare the property to sell. Mary Jo provided a full list of qualified contractors that all responded quickly to our call and did an excellent job. In addition to setting us up with contractors to service the HVAC, top to bottom house cleaning, carpet cleaning, outside power washing, yard work and a ton of debris removal, Mary Jo arranged for a home termite inspection, septic inspection/clean out and home inspection. Mary did a very good job keeping us in the loop from start to finish. The sale closed in a little over one months time. We were very satisfied with the whole process and appreciate the job Mary Jo did for us.
