We interviewed several realtors for our listing and were low-balled on a listing price. After Mary Jo spent hours with us in our home she saw the true value of our home and we wound up getting more than asking price. She is thorough, thoughtful and tough when you need her to be. ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were searching for a home in Orange County, NY. We already own a home there. Initially the agent Mary Jo Coleman was extremely helpful. As time went by and she became busy with new listings. She seemed less interested in helping us. I would e-mail her listings that we wanted to see at the beginning of the week. She would not start making appointments until the day before we were to meet. This would cause us problems since we were unsure on how to set our own schedules for that day. I had to e-mail/text her to find out if we were going to being seeing any properties that day. It just got to a point that I no longer wanted to deal with her. We finally got fed up and told her that we no longer needed her services. A relative referred us to another agent whom shall find us a home and will list our current home for sale. If you value your time do not deal with this agent.

ZillowVERIFIEDAre you kidding me! Mary Jo is the best realtor ever. I mean ever! We are from California where buying a house does not take action from the U.S. Supreme Court like it does in New York. Without Mary Jo helping us, we would have been chewed up and man and woman handled. When we had a question, she answered it the day before we asked it even on weekends. I had to tell her to go have a life at one point. She knows the Hudson Valley better than Hudson himself. Ask about a service, Mary Jo can find someone. I asked her to find someone to splice skleens. She asked me what color skleen. And the skleen guy called. I don't even know what a skleen is! Mary Jo needs to be your realtor. I'm not kidding. She really does.
