This is the second transaction Ive done with MJ. First one was as a buyer, this time as a seller. MJ is quite literally a true professional. She did a detailed analysis of the market for us, helped by the fact that she has sold many homes in the neighborhood. She recommended a price that I thought might have been too high. Turns out she was spot on as we had multiple offers, and the house appraised at that number. Her marketing skills are spot on as she brought in an outstanding photographer who really captured the best aspects of my house. I showed my agent in Florida (where I was moving) the listing and he said "wow, your agent did a fantastic job with this property." She had the foresight in a strong seller's market to set a one week period where we would review offers. That enabled us to get the best offer, and not just the first offer. I saw the wisdom of that strategy on the house I purchased in Florida as we were able to lock up a house before anyone could bid the price up. MJ also has a whole network of licensed tradesmen behind her to do all types of repairs and even radon mitigation quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Throughout the process, she's a friend, a dear friend, who takes the time to explain everything going on and proactively solve problems. I'm so happy that MJ was the listing agent on the property, my only regret is that I've moved across country and feel like I've left not just a friend, but a family member. Yes

We have used Mary Jo and John on two purchases one last year on a condo for our girls to live in and go to school, that process was quick and painless and closed on time. We never thought in our lifetime we would have two houses, but she helped us make come true! And to help our girls go to college with a little less stress. Then this year we randomly sold our house and bought another home, in this crazy market! Our new home is our Empty nest home and such a dream for us!
