Buying and selling at the same time was a very stressful process, and without Mary Jeans guidance and knowledge I dont think we would have gotten it done. We were against selling our current home prior to looking for a new one and wanted everything to work out perfectly, but most of the time that just isnt feasible. Mary Jean convinced my wife and I to first get our place under contract, then look for our new home which couldnt have worked out better. She was also pivotal in the purchase of our new home.
