Carly is incredible. I live abroad in Iceland, which made the idea of selling my home in Atlanta daunting, but CarlyA's professionalism, responsiveness, and skill made the process smooth and easy. She helped with every step of the process, from preparation to closing, going above and beyond to address challenges that came up and stepping in every time something needed to be handled that I could handle myself from overseas. She helped us plan preparation of our home for sale, from suggestions for what needed to be done to hiring and managing contractors to complete the work. She has an incredible eye for design and worked with the stagers to make our home stunning for sale. She is a wonderful advocate and fierce negotiator and sold my home in less than 30 days for the price we wanted. I could not be happier with my experience and could not recommend her enough.
