Mary was the listing agent for the condo we just purchased in Bonita Springs, and she was very receptive to representing both sides of the transaction. Mary was easy to work with, available, and she listened to and addressed our concerns. During the process, she had a scheduled trip away from the area so she made arrangements for a colleague to assist us with the inspection, etc. in her absence. Working with Mary was incredible. We were moving from another state and only able to come look at houses for a weekend. That weekend, she made it so we could see every single house on our list, and then some! However, that isnt even the best part! When we were closing on our home in the other state, the closing started to fall apart and Mary took the time to work with our other realtor to keep both closings on track!
