We lucked out finding Mary Ellen. She knows her stuff, is very personable, dedicated, level headed, honest and just a good person. I recommend her every chance I get. We used Mary Ellen as a listing agent and boy were we impressed. It was a very odd property and she had some excellent advice around a few small changes to help it sell and she was spot on. The pricing was perfect and the house had multiple offers within a few weeks (which is saying a lot... again it was an odd property out in the country). We are looking to sell another property and my biggest regret is that we cant use Mary Ellen since its out of state. Best agent Ive ever worked with.
