ZillowVERIFIEDPlease please avoid Mary and Iwona. They are mean, untruthful, and unresponsive. In my lease with them I had a microwave included, and they made my life miserable trying to get them to honor the lease and provide a microwave. After weeks of back and forth and declining to sign a new lease saying the addition of the microwave was a mistake, they went and bought me the smallest cheapest microwave and guilt tripped me saying they bought it with their own money and are losing out because of it. After moving in, the place was filthy and I had provided pictures to them. Upon moving out, they claimed I didn?t clean at all (lie), and are charging over $500 in cleaning and ?repairs?. I have rented many different times and have never had my security deposit taken, let alone over $500 of it. Please avoid!!!
