After spending time on the west coast, I recognized the growth and opportunity that was occurring in the Midwest, and moved home to Dayton in order to invest in small, two bedroom properties. I found that I greatly enjoy being able to provide affordable and well maintained housing to renters who are not yet ready to purchase a home of their own.
