I am an Ohio native who graduated from the University of Dayton in 2005. After spending time on the west coast, I recognized the growth and opportunity that was occurring in the Midwest, and moved home to Dayton in order to invest in small, two bedroom properties.

I found that I greatly enjoy being able to provide affordable and well maintained housing to renters who are not yet ready to purchase a home of their own. I decided to take the next step, by acquiring my real estate license. I am part of the team at Keller Williams Advantage Realtors. As someone who has gone through the process as a buyer a number of times, I understand how confusing the home buying process can be, and the questions that come up. As an investor, I also know how to consider whether a home purchase makes financial sense, and is worth the purchase price.
