I absolutely loved working with Mary Ann (and Kelsey too) to purchase our retirement home. We began the process almost a year ago with some phone calls and virtual tours after I saw a listing on Zillow, but my mother became ill and pushed our search to a back burner. When we were ready to begin again, Mary Ann picked right up where we left off and quickly helped us get to speed on current market conditions. I flew in from Iowa and the next day, she had several listings scheduled for viewings including one that had just come on market; not for long as we put in an offer that same day which was accepted. Mary Ann bent over backwards to work with us over a prolonged search -- I cant imagine anyone else doing the same. Then when I had to return to Iowa, Mary Ann and Kelsey went above and beyond representing us at closing, at walk thru, greeting the inspector, meeting with the current tenent, etc. It had been almost 40 years since we bought a house and the first time we had bought a house out of state -- Mary Ann and her firm were so helpful guiding us thru the process and getting us our dream retirement home,

Mary Ann Miller and her partner Kelsey have been very helpful in purchasing this home, and before that they were helpful in showing me properties I was interested in looking at. Since I lived hundreds of miles away, they also arranged many inspections and repair estimates. She also threw a party to celebrate our new home after we closed on the sale. After the sale, Mary Ann has continued to be helpful by letting vendors into the home to provide services. She even noticed that the air conditioning was not on and that it was getting very hot inside, and she got me the name and phone number of the company that had installed all three HVAC units last year. Mary Ann has always been my primary contact, but she and her partner, Kelsey, have both been wonderful and extremely helpful.

I will try my hardest to express how amazing my purchasing experience was with Mary Ann Miller, however, I doubt I can articulate it fully. Mary Ann was everything you would hope for in a realtor. Not only is she knowledgably, responsive, skilled, and an expert in her field: she has an amazing personality too! I was able to find my home in less than a week and outbid several offers (without overbidding or going over budget) due to her guidance. She had my back at all times reviewing contracts and would call to follow up on all tasks. She was always available for all of my questions and concerns and gave easy to follow instruction and guidance. Her office staff was so pleasant and helpful. She was in constant contact with my finance company as well as with the sellers realtor to make sure that I was not under stress or over tasked. She took full leadership in supporting me through what can be a stressful process and made it look effortless. I recommend her 10 out of 10!
