As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn about the process, things to look for when viewing homes, and understanding the area that we were looking to buy. Throughout every step of the process, Mary Ann was there with us, educating us and responding day and night to our many questions and requests. She took the time to really understand our needs and the type of home/neighborhood we were looking for. She made calls and sent letters trying to get new leads on potential homes. We really feel that Mary Ann knows the Cranberry, Seven Fields, Zelienople markets well, and that she had our best interests in mind the whole time. We really appreciated her insights and guidance on creating competitive offers and keeping the buyer motivators in mind. We couldnt be happier with our new home and cant recommend working with Mary Ann highly enough.
