Hire a great realtor. Make sure your realtor has the experience and drive to sell your home. Not as realtors and real estate companies are created equal. Make sure they have a great marketing plan in place and take great pictures or hire a professional photographer. Price your home right, your realtor can help you with this by showing you comparable homes in the area that have sold in the last 6 months and that are currently listed. Take the time to prepare your home for the sale. Do needed repairs, paint if needed, remove clutter. Lastly, make sure you show your home once on the market and do not decline showings. No matter how good your agent and the marketing is your home will not sell for top dollar if you skip showings.

I have experience working with all types of transactions and work with both buyers and sellers such as first-time home buyers , investors, luxury, lake homes, veterans, and commercial properties.

Every transaction is different. I will be there with you every step of the process and am always available for questions, before, during and after the transaction.

I have my bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and have over 20 years of experience in the industry. I have always been a real estate investor and as I got better at it my interest grew.

My company offers over 20 hours of training a week and I take advantage of training every week. Last week I finished my e-buyer training so I'm ready as soon as we launch in Wisconsin as I am now certified. I also finished my Mentor Training last week and look forward to helping new agents build their business.
