Great at selling homes. Sold our home in Payson. However we were looking to upsize and Marty never found even one home to show us. So we ended up finding our own home via Zillow. Also although Marty is very personable and likeable he is a super busy agent, and told us several times himself that he was just soooo busy. Because he is so busy he had difficulty paying attention to and remembering customer details. This caused him to make a mistake in our negotiating in the sale of our home, and cost us an $1,400. The worst part is, is that he could not admit he made a mistake and would not help us resolve the issue.

Marty was amazing. If you are looking for property, he is definitely the one to use. We kept changing our parameters on what we wanted and Marty remembered everything and was so patient with us.
