As first time home buyers, we would not have trusted anyone else but Martine. From our first meeting with her, we knew we were going to be in good hands. She knew a great deal of knowledge about the area and would get back to us on questions we had very promptly. She encouraged us to see as many houses as possible and would ask for our feedback on each one to get a better understanding of our likes and dislikes as we went through the process. We were up with her on the phone until almost 10pm on the day our offer got accepted and she did not bat an eye.
