Martin Zeeb

Marty Zeeb was born and raised in Visalia and is a graduate of U.C. Santa Barbara. Marty worked as Director of Submerged Land-leases for the U.S. Government of the Virgin Islands. After he returned to Visalia, he began at Property Management Specialists (PMS). While at PMS he handled the management and leasing of commercial and office properties. He was promoted to General Manager and continued to specialize in commercial properties as well as overseeing operations of the management company. In 1986, after receiving his broker license, Marty started Zeeb Commercial Real Estate. ZCRE specializes in leasing, sales and investment analysis of commercial, industrial and office properties. After over 35 years in the business and thousands of transactions, Marty is respected as an authority on Visalia & Tulare counties Real Estate markets. Marty is a member of the SIOR and has completed several C.C.I.M. courses. He is active in the Methodist Church, Chamber of Commerce, and is a past Director of the Visalia Board of Realtors, a Past President of Visalia County Center Rotary, Kaweah Delta Hospital Foundation and Visalia Jaycees. He serves on the boards of the Fox Theater, YMCA, and BSA among others.
