Did you have any apprehensions when looking for the right agent?As first time home sellers, it was important for us to find someone that cared about the process and not the profit for themselves. Martin was the third agent that we spoke to And he was the only agent who provided the sense that he was a knowledgeable rep and not a shark.Why did you choose me over the other agents out there? We chose Martin over the others because of his wonderful personality he had a sense of humility about himself in an all-around just a comforting presence. We think he did a good job and walking us through the overall process showing us the houses in the area and how they compare to ours and giving us a reasonable timeframe as to what to expect in a market that is kind of hard to predict right now.What were some of the notable highlights of our selling process? In addition to his great showmanship, Martin also provided us with great references for home repairs. He also identified areas in which needed to be repaired before the appraisal which help provide a smoother appraisal process. Martin was also extremely responsive and answered the most of mundane questions with great patience. We think most importantly, Martin did a good job of trying provide a positive outlook one we were stressed or unsure.How did I make things easy for you during the selling process? As mentioned before he was transparent about the process and super responsive and then a wonderful job to make sure we knew that we were in good hands. We were totally in trust going through the homebuying or selling process with Martin again!

Martin came highly recommended from family members who had recently worked with him to purchase a multifamily apartment building to renovate and rent out. When we first started working with Martin we were undecided as to exactly what type of home we were looking to purchase, and Martin's knowledge and expertise helped us to narrow down our criteria and find the right home for us!
