The real estate market has been very volatile and having Martin's expertise not only specifically of the Estrella and Goodyear markets but nationwide as well was the primary reason I decided to use his services. I asked a lot of questions and Martin was undaunted in providing thoughtful answers that reflected his in depth knowledge. Martin has a wide network of contacts as well which helps him to stay up to date on changes affecting the area. I trusted his perspective and my house sold quickly. The online marketing of my home, especially on Zillow as a premier partner, was also a plus. The photographer Martin used did a phenomenal job which showed my property off in its' best light. I had a lot of feedback from people on how well the listing and photographs were presented. The communication was top notch from the entire team.
